Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Sweet and spicy flavors come together to make this dreamy sauce. Put it on chicken or pork, add it to your favorite tacos, or pair it with some tropical fruit salsa to add loads of delicious flavor to your meal!

- 1/2 cup ground allspice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 bunch scallions
- 8 garlic cloves
- 5-8 habanero or scotch bonnet peppers
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Stem the peppers and cut off the white parts of the scallions.
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and crush until smooth.
Put the sauce in a jar for later or use it as a marinade on your favorite meat. Enjoy!
