Caprese Sliders
Caprese Sliders are the perfect finger food for game day. They are quick to make, involve minimal ingredients, and are on the healthier side. With a mix of mozzarella, tomato, and basil, they are sure to a hit.

- 1 baguette
- basil leaves
- 1 jar of sun-dried tomatoes
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella
- EVOO
Preheat a panini press or pan.
Slice the baguette into thin slices and brush with olive oil.
Cut the fresh mozzarella, then layer the cheese, basil, and tomatoes on the baguette slices, making a slider/sandwich.
Place the sliders on a panini press and cook until the cheese has melted. If you are using a stovetop, make the sliders like grilled cheese i.e. cook until each side is slightly brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
